This adaptive reuse concept for a cannabis dispensary is located on the former location of a 1950’s Chinese restaurant in South Los Angeles and draws inspiration from the area's postwar history as it transitioned away from agriculture.

The project aims to connect to the historical and cultural context of Bellflower as a place undergoing continual change as it as it struggles to adapt to the economic needs of a newly burgeoning industries.
