Brooklyn Bridge Park

This project was completed as Project Manager at Architecture Research Office and consists of the only ground up buildings for the Brooklyn Bridge Park programs. The boathouse is a small pavilion with storage below for kayaks and other boating equipment with the upper level dedicated to education and events. The 14,000 sf Maintenance & Operations building is dedicated to BBP staff and includes open offices, a horticulture lab, and shop space for repairs and fabrication. The M&O building also provides covered parking and charging for BBP’s fleet of electric vehicles.
